Cutting Boards

Our edge grain cutting boards are made from closed cell, non-toxic hardwoods including: black walnut, blood wood, hard maple, cherry providing a more hygienic and sanitary surface while also providing durability. Each board is hand made and most patterns are unique, available patterns are shown in the product detail pages, simply select any pattern of interest. All boards come with care instructions and a tin of board treatment made from NSF certified food safe mineral oil and pure bee’s wax.

our products

We start by hand-selecting rough-cut wood and milling it to our precise specifications. To maximize the use of these beautiful hardwoods and minimize waste, we make adjustments when the wood is slightly larger or smaller than required. For example, if the final product would be a quarter-inch wider, we choose not to simply cut off the excess. This commitment to efficiency is why most of the dimensions listed in our product descriptions are approximate. If you require specific dimensions, please contact us for a custom quote.
